I have been to France, Switzerland and Greece and never had an issue. Found the people rather friendly and in Switzerland they were curious due to my Swiss last name. It helps that I am quiet, respectful, and maintain good manners.

It seems like you put the country names in a hat and picked them out in random order. I've been to England literally hundreds of times and they are certainly not the 3rd most unfriendly country in Europe. I've never met any Brits that weren't friendly! I've lived in Germany and they are not unfriendly. Just reserved. You may say they are aloof but that is not the same as being unfriendly.

I have been in 9 mentioned countries except Russia, I didn't find them unfriendly, in fact I developed strong friendships with most of them and still kept in touch. It is how you perceive people, why they act and communicate they way they do, there are reasons for everything, right !

Is this made by AI from 20 years ago? Because NOTHING make sense, absolutely nothing. I even saw a shot from the Netherlands (my country) and was waiting for when it would be mentioned. I waited till the end but..nothing! And my little nephew of 4 years old can beter count that the maker of this top-something..

Quite possibly one of the worst travel videos on You Tube. First of all, there is almost zero coordination between the images on the screen and the narrative. A sidealk cafe supposedly in Germany but everything is written in French? A wilderness campsite in the UK? Big Ben in Russia? Towering mountains in Iceland?

As to interactions with locals pretty much everywhere on the planet if you are not respectful you will be treated accordingly and the vast majority of tourists are pretty obnoxious. It's one reason locals tend to stay away from tourist spots. I have been to all of these countries, most many, many times and I have had far more rude encounters in Miami, LA, or NY than in any of these places. If anyone thinks this video is somehow informative you are deluded.

I grew up in Germany and had no problems upto Paris, but beyond that Normande, down the coast highly unfriendling to Germans, I understand why, former Jugoslavia and Greece was alright, Tuerkey, except for Istambul, very unfriendly and thieving, trying to break in to my camper when asleep, I've been to many European countries, France was the worst, these days I am Australian and never returned to Europe 43 long years, I was on my way overland to Sri Lanka and made it there in 1976

I've been several times to crete. Love the island and people. Will go again this year. I think you can have a negative interaction in every country in the world. Doesn't mean all people are like that. I'm a very friendly person but i can also have a bad day/moment and be snappy. That Doesn't mean anything.
