The names of the characters in Lost are so amazingly selected! Considering they LITERALLY made it up as we they went along, and had the donwwar dpressure of Web 1.0 on the show PLUS old school celebrity media and framing of women etc.. - in other words, very very chaotic off-screen, meanwhile dealing with a totally fluid on-screen presentation.... it was incredible that they made it work. Choosing a name like "John Locke" ... and he turns ou to be the guy that:
