In trigonometry, mathematicians commonly use radians for angle measures instead of degrees. However, the idea of a radian can be confusing if not properly understood.

If we would like to measure an angle in radians, we simply divide the arc length by the radius to find the value of the angle in radians. This idea is significantly different from degree measurements, where we simply consider how many revolutions are taken across the circle.

Please watch on to find out more about radians!
