Advice that I don't see enough. I used to be in the military and that was one of the quickest things that my instructors debunked for me. Static stretch afterwards, not before

This is true but from my experience it doesn’t make u weaker and it’s better to do static stretching before than no stretching at all before

As an MMA fighter I learned very quickly that static stretching isn’t effective, however, rocking back and forth into the stretch really works well

In pe, we always did dynamic stretches before lifting and static after

I recommend everyone stretching right after getting out of bed! That way you have already done a good thing in the morning and get energized! Ofc not if you wanna work out in the morning. I found this very helpful. Just try it out :)

That's true except the injury static stretch is used after traning and because it CAN'T or has very small chance of injury as dynamic stretch is prefered before an action(traning, runing...) and has a HIGH chance of injury because of those fast dynamic movements

I think this video would have been better if you actually explained the difference between the different types of stretching. For example when I see other fitness creators make a video like this they would give advice and examples on what stretches to do.
