Kellyanne Conway defends Trump, says he's trying to 'turn down the temperature' on hate

Counselor to the President Kellyanne Conway spoke to the press Wednesday and defended the president.

She said Trump has called out all forms of hate in the wake of two mass shootings this past weekend.

On Wednesday, at least 200 protesters gathered in Dayton, Ohio — where nine people were killed in a deadly rampage — as Trump visited survivors and first responders.

The now-infamous “baby Trump” blimp balloon floated among them.
