Appreciate you calling him out, he made quality content around the time I followed him like a year ago but over the past few months he hasn't even been narrating his own videos, he just does the intro and lets someone from his team finish reading the script. Not to mention shilling the same stuff he's frowning upon in his content. Sad to see a creator lose touch with reality and fall victim to the power of money. The thing is, Jake Tran actually used to be good. A couple of months earlier, he made videos with a good production quality & pretty good titles. However, due to him getting tons of views (and by extension, money) during that process, greed got the better of him. His titles became clickbait nonsense & most of the time, Jake Tran wasn't even the voice actor in these recent videos.

When Jake Tran said “I love my sponsors because they allow me to do these videos for you guys” that is such a disingenuous statement, he is implying that if he didn’t get sponsors he would not upload at all or his videos would suck. He doesn’t need to do sponsors because he can just rely on the ad revenue from the videos, and especially the channel memberships and his courses. He has zero good excuse to still use sponsors in his videos. He just wants to monetize every aspect of his career and channel as possible! And we can tell because he is outsourcing every possible aspect of his videos cuz he wants to upload as frequently as possible. That is just straight up greed and lust for money. He had the choice to do this, nobody forced him, it’s all his fault! Very disappointing.

The first time I really had my doubts about Jake was his crypto scam vid and his sponsorship that basically peddle the same thing he was criticizing.
