Foods dont have enough. Need well educated natural health food store with high quality supplements and food products and personal care items. These videos are great from this lady.

Well dear, I ate a tin of sardines today with mustard and a squeeze of lemon juice. I also ate a small handful of cashews, and for dinner, a large serving of broccoli with some buttercup and that's CUP not butterNUT, ew, with some grassfed butter. Earlier I ate some eggs and my favorite sheep yogurt with ONE Brazil nut, cause, girl, ONE Brazil nut maxes out selenium!
