It's common sense running a business! All you need is a good capital start up... never start a business on ... a low investment!

I would rather employ diligent and detail-oriented woman than know-it-all bragger man. Employ women (not in the same department please) if you want to be successful especially during the first stage of business.

I liked her until she began arguing that women are better than men. I would be sceptical of those stats. Equality isn't about putting anybody else down, that's childish and not good for your cause.
