Not everybody is leaving Ca, just those with the money and the will to leave.
That just means that the tax burden for those remaining just gets deeper, because of course the solution to people leaving due to high taxes is - Higher taxes.

Why? My god were it not for a company I built up over 30 years and a family I have helped grow over 55 years, I would have moved out a long time ago. It's not even close to the amazing state I grew up as a child in. I mean it has issues back then, but now it's just horrible.
