Man, I'm so glad this doesn't happen to me. I've spent the last 30+ years in extreme fight-or-flight mode due to chronic anxiety (undiagnosed AuDHD my whole life until roughly a month ago)... If I vomited every time I felt like that, I'd probably have died from malnutrition 25 years ago. 😅😔

The only time i feel nauseated (outside of food poisoning) is when I'm in a lot of pain. Could be a migraine, could be a dislocated shoulder.... doesn't matter where the pain is, if it's intense enough, I feel like I'm gonna vomit. (and sometimes do)
