If I receive an opportunity to make the world forget something completely I would want everyone to forget their castes and categories. With all due respect to the purest intension of upliftment, as long as reservation exists, as long as pride in one's caste exists, casteism will never end.

I'm working in an education institute.... I met few people last year during admissions(2024) time, who said to fill their category as OBC so that they can get job benefit in A lady without hesitation said " thode din ruk k iska online portal pr name fill krna, humne apna naam category me dalvana hai, kal ko bachon ko job me mushkil nhi hoti"
Here I'm not disrespecting any caste, it is my personal experience....
Kuch log hain jinko benefit milna chahiye pr kuch log aise hain jo time pass k liye ye sab krte hain...

Caste system is a system of material privileges it cant just vanish. More than symbolic gestures which the liberals perform in india, we need land reforms (landess is extremely common in lower castes), fulfillment of reservation i.e. filling up of vacancies and private sector reservation
