Those investments are to skirt sanctions. Egypt got missile tech and military tech from NK for those investments.

How is it the world's worst hotel if no one has ever slept in it? Just because it's from North Korea doesn't make it immediately the worst. I'm sure any Karen can find you 10 worse hotels anywhere in the world

And now that building is UGLY and OUTDATED. They don't even have electricity to run those elevators to the 105th floor.

North Korea also known as house of King... it's not abondance, just budget not enough to maintenance.... everyone in North Korea work base on mood and they don't like been force by others people, build a building it's like a hobby in North Korea, when they get bored they leave, but when trend come they not simply dive into it, they wait for budget so it causing delay...still the architecture of North Korea get impress by western world...I have small land in snow area in North Korea, I'm just lazy to pack bag and move in NK, motion sick while travel in long distance really fuck up.... situation in NK pretty much same if you lives in Malaysia, if you construct a mega project, they gonna said better you moving to China, everything is really cheap and easy to get...at the end we all come to conclusions, that we all love a chill and relax life...we feels comfy with our poorest world, nothing to rush, every moment like a golden, every second even something small, rust, old and junk we appreciate it... restore for a week month and then move to another hobby...a new hobby still useless like before... it's like living in metaarts world while everything so amazed but don't really have value....life in NK pretty much like no one cares if you naked in public, but once you do that, you been reject by whole NK citizens forever....crazy
