Mine’s acting up, no mist and there is red light from the base so it looks half green half red, i only used it handful times. And it’s always clean when im not using it.. what’s going on?

I just bought the portable orb diffuser less than a month ago and the rubber seal expanded and is too big. I contacted Young Living and I had to then contact the manufacturer in order to work with them to get it replaced which did not make me happy. I put it back together as I use it at work and didn't want to spill the water and oil everywhere but then it leaked and I can't get it back open. I feel that young living should handle first before us having to do all the leg work on something that is defective.

I've only had it about a week and it worked perfect the first few times, now the lights come on but no mist is blowing. Please tell me what I should do.

How long does it take to finish if the water is up to its max level in interval mode and continuous mode? My travel time is usually 15-30mins going to work from home. Is it safe to leave the remaining water in the diffuser til its finish like after 2 days? Im afraid that it’ll lessen its shelf life.

Well, I loved mine when it was working. My rubber gasket needs to be replaced, it expanded, too big now, I can't use it. Where can I find another one? It doesn't work right without it. Thank you so much.

What does a red light where the water fill line mean? It’s full of water & was working a few minutes ago. Now it has a red light and stopped working.

I have one n used it for a few weeks but all of a sudden it just stopped working... red light is on but when i pressed the on button there is no light or the blue light flashed for 3s n turns off. The unit just doesnt power on...

Rubber seal expanded after 1 time use only which cause it to leak, making it NOT spill proof, it is so difficult to have it replaced, has to call, send back to manufacturer and shipping fee is under the member when product is defective. Not worth the price paid.

I couldn't tell where she plugged the USB into. A regular phone USB port that plugs into the wall. Or into a computer only. For the car I understand. But she's not in her car.
