A lot of people seem to be facing the same issue as me which is the when u put the sequence into encoder it just shows first frame throughout the entirety of the clip. I found a fix that worked for me... so what u can do is just rename the images in order 0 to whatever number of images u might have... then put it in the media encoder again and it should work...
i tried putting it in after effects but the video was kinda glitchy so put directly into media encoder as shown here in video
my exact settings were, png sequence checked (as shown in video) and force alphabetical order unchecked... Hope this helps

how do you batch process faster? it takes 5 hours to process a 30sec video, with 700px x 300 px resolution... my pc has rtx2060 super 6gb, 16 gb ram, 3.6 ghz,

any way to speed up this process..its talking a lot of time..i have 432 images with a res of 480x854 and its so slow and sluggish..One thing i can say is that stable diffusion is much better at creating deepfake than roop...there is no artifacting...only if i speed up the stable diffusion roop extention ...

Thank you for the video, yet you were talking very fast.
Unfortunately, it did not work for me, and this is because you are using the 2020 version of Adobe Encoder, while mine is the 2023 version.
In the last stage, after generating the images with the new face, a menu appears from which you can choose PNG file sequence. This menu does not appear for me, and I cannot choose PNG file sequence.
Please can you help me overcome this step?
