Thanks for the tutorial! Super simple - and for anyone getting 'file not found' errors after you do the run, you have to make sure your source video has the face in frame for the entire duration - if the subject turns around or walks away, it won't complete the run.

sometimes the loading of the video file screws up, but it works, i finished an actual 13 second video

there is no "path to video" option in step 2... all i see is the option to paste YOUTUBE URL 1:20 shows step 2 with the "paste youtube url" option but at 1:21 its completly different and now shows the "path to your video" option

I followed the exact same steps and yet I dont get the output. At the last step, i don't know what's the problem but video is not getting processed so not getting the output video. Although, when i uploaded the video it doesn't show any error and accepted the video as well
