If DAs and judges took crime more seriously, people wouldn't need to carry guns to protect themselves when out and about. Any place restricting conceal carry should be required to have extra armed security to protect the public.

Security in this sense means "safekeeping, defense, and protection." Infringed simply means "to trespass or violate"; in this case, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be violated.

She should also ban shooting ranges. We don’t want legal, responsible, law abiding gun owners to develop proficiency and confidence in using their concealed carry weapon. That would be a bad thing. Prohibition always work. Just ask the politicians.
