Sam Sulek is eating like a strongman but training like a bodybuilder. Which is incredibly counterproductive if you compare the physiques of both fields.

Ive never seen someone like Sam who seems so intelligent, constantly demonstrate unintelligent things. I understand his appeal (He's well spoken, humble, and plays by his own rules), but he really doesn't seem to care about longevity at all. I feel like theres a self destructive aspect to it that Im seeing more and more in the Gen Z lifting community. Im 22 and I see people my age avoid life with the Gym in the same way they would with drugs, resulting in overtraining and injuries. That being said a lot of them don't seem smart enough or can't get their head out of their ass enough to deal with problems in a healthy way, so I guess its better to go to the gym than do edit- (recreational) drugs. Sam seems smart enough to know better, so I hope he's doing okay mentally and not channeling suffering into abusing his body.

Sulek seems like a decent guy, but the example he is setting for young men is shameful. Gorging himself on sugar, injecting insulin and abusing gear will send him to an early grave.

It’s so obvious this man is hurting and trying to process it with food and insane training. Please intervene before he gets a chronic health disorder by 25

Just-a-dreamer.

Sam is speed running life, just sit back and watch the short show.

It's disappointing when someone with so much potential has clearly not learned the lessons of his predecessors.

Thank u Coach Greg for not ever spreading misleading, hurtful information in any of your videos. You're one of the few fitness influencer channels that's actually helping people.

He’s a great genetic responder, knows how to train well and is dedicated. In my opinion that’s the easy part, I want to see this guy get down to single-digit body fat without losing a bunch of muscle, eating nothing but clean food then we’ll see if he’s really built for greatness. Anyone can blast and eat their favorite food and gain muscle, only a pro knows how to keep that muscle and lose fat! Dirty bulking will get you big as shit fast but try leaning out and not losing a bunch of muscle. It’s going to be very hard!
since he’s enhanced he’ll have a better chance than a natty, but I still think he’s gonna lose majority of these gains imo

I once drank a 1.5 liter of chicolate milk and shat myself doing deadlifts. I had white shorts on and never returned to that gym after I threw my shorts in the toilet and ran out the door to my car in a 2nd pair of Undies. Humiliating.

With you on this one Greg. I love Sam's content, and im sad to say that im confident that he wasn't just making all of this up for the clicks and views. At the end of almost every video he talks about eating Chipotle and Five Guys etc. Hope he see's this video and fixes up his diet using your Cookbook. I enjoy his content and I want for him to be healthy so that he can live longer than last time

I’ve never shat myself in the gym. I need to go harder than last time clearly 😂

the acne is caused by gear and a very bad diet choice. Such an insane amount of sugar in his diet. I cut out sugar a few months ago and my acne went from pretty severe to almost non-existent, even on gear.

When I was a kid (20s), all the guys my age in the gym that were on cycle ate like crap. We lived on campus (university), so fast food and alcohol was priority. The steroids helped to look huge and cut (from our perspective). None of them ever competed. Hopefully, his trainer gives him some good dietary advice.

I couldn’t imagine, I’ve ate moderately healthy for a few years now between 2000-2800 calories. Even when I do go out if I eat something that’s bad i feel like crap for 2/3 days. That mess would have me tanked for a week

Remind me when I was 21 too (2 years ago, times flies). I ate like 4 steaks a day, 4-5 eggs every morning and like 1L of milk everyday. That's all I ate all the time. I was constipated all the time and got very very high hypertension the first time I went to a doctor to check how I was doing.

I see a lot of comments on social media saying: “we need more people like this in the industry”.

No, we really don’t. He seems like a nice guy, but he is most likely on a lot of drugs (which has had an affect on his skin/acne already), and his diet is awful.

We lost Dallas too young, I would hate to see Sam (or someone who looks up to Sam’s lifestyle) go a similar way.

my new favorite coach greg quote: "Is this guy a baby? Why is he drinking two liters of chocolate milk every morning?"
