Vice President Harris and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz had their first interview since their campaign launched. Harris said her day one focus will be on the economy. She also reacted to former President Trump’s remarks on her race. MSNBC’s Symone Sanders, who was former senior adviser and chief spokesperson to VP Harris, and Dispatch senior writer David Drucker join José Díaz-Balart to share their takeaways.

I am so sick of corporate media with their double standards. Trump continues to lie for hours and ramble about nothing without being fact checked or asked to explain anything. But VP Harris delivers a great common sense interview and she is asked repeatedly to explain or provide more details. I do not need any more interviews, I am ready to vote for VP Kamala Harris for US President and Gov Coach Walz for VP. They are ready and more than qualified. Voting blue down the ballot to save America and end the era of Trump.
