God bless her! I am a kidnapping survivor. Thank God the cashier took her seriously and actually called for help. When I got away I ran to police for help and the cop literally curled his lip up at me, looked me up and down like I was dirt and got in his car and drive off which allowed the kidnapper to find me again and take me back and tortured me for escaping. I never stopped trying to find a way to get away from him. I finally did it. Cops never called an ambulance for me when they finally came looking for me. They just sent me home. I hate Houston police department forbwhat those now retired officers did to me. For whatever reason, they lied in their reports and just randomly made stuff up for no reason at all. I guess they were trying to cover up for the first cop. That's the only thing I can think of. I am glad she is safe and I hope they tell her about all of her free resources because no one told me.
