FULL report

Fast doesn't always mean first in Navy SEAL training - shocking study reveals why the fastest runners and swimmers often quit first!

In this eye-opening breakdown, I analyze a comprehensive 3-year Navy Special Warfare study covering 2,208 SEAL candidates. The data shows something surprising: the fastest runners and swimmers were often the first to drop out of training.

Want to know the optimal training zones that maximize your chances of completing Hell Week? I'll show you exactly where you need to be - not too fast, not too slow, but right in that sweet spot for success.

Drawing from my experience as a Naval Academy graduate and 15-year Division 1 football coach, I break down the real numbers behind SEAL training success. Learn why being in the middle of the pack might be your best strategy, and discover the true importance of grit over raw speed.

Perfect for aspiring SEALs, military candidates, and anyone interested in the science behind elite military training. Get ready for some myth-busting insights that could change your entire training approach.

Tim got the weird tour with Hollywood literally enveloping his thoughts ... like literally got medvac'd into a Hollywood set directly after to feel better about the "failure" ... Tim is fighting the good fight, even if he's off roading

From the guys at the gate during the withdrawal he showed up with a bus full of civilians and dumped them there and caused even more delays. He was taking video and pictures the entire time. He got into it with the command at the gate then left.

Yup. OEF 2012-2013. My unit took several casualties, especially within our ANA counterparts. All those dudes were treated at the same place by the same folks that treated the Americans and other NATO forces. I can't believe Tim is dumb enough to lie about this. I feel like everyone who's been in combat knows how this works lol

I don't like hearing that the use of life-saving assets are viewed as a waste.

Decisions shouldn't change because someone came from (or went to) the wrong coordinates.

I am welcome to all of the hate received, from seeing people as people first..
