Really surprised doctors don’t run DHT labs more often. DHT antagonizes estrogen and so it is equally important as measuring test and estradiol. You could have a “high” estradiol but if your dht is high as well lowering your estradiol could cause low e2 symptoms. Important to look at the whole picture

If my oestrodiol is already 163 pmol/l before trt with a 12.5 nmol/l test. Would I need to consider AI when going on trt ?
It appears to me as my oestrodiol is above the normal range while testosterone is barely at the very bottom normal. What would happen to my oestrodiol if I took my testosterone to high normal ?

Hey Doc, im doing Raloxifene at 60mg for 10 days and then dosing down to 40mg for 10 then 30mg for around 20 days. I will taking Anastasia after to avoid rebound for about 30 days at 1mg half then .5 the other half or 30 days to avoid rebound? What you think??

I microdose daily and still use about a quarter tab of arimidex a week plus 200mg of DIM per day to keep estrogen under control. I feel good. Labs show estradiol in range with this method. I know I hold some bodyfat so once I drop it I may be able to cut the arimidex all together

My estrogen was too high, took letrozole and now it's very low, so injecting 700mcg per week of testosterone, how long do I wait roughly before taking letrozole again to stop it going to high? E. G. On this dose will it jump 3, 30, or 300 points per week?

Absolutely true!!
Aromatase inhibitors plummets your HDL. I've seen it first hand in myself. I'm on HRT. My Doc put me on an AI. My HDL has always been high, 70s/80s. My HDL went down to 37, among other bad things as well, lower back pain. I stopped taking it.

I used to start my regimen at 200 mg twice a week, then I started getting really bad acne and this is coming from someone who did accutane and has been free. Did microdosing of the same dose 3x a week, and it worked for a bit, but I would continue to have spurts of terrible acne. Seems that having an AI twice a week or every injection is the only way to control it so far, and coming down on dose just reintroduces the symptom later down the line. Any suggestions? No gyno or other problems, and HCG is also done twice a week at 25IU dor fertility reasons.

My doc uses Enclomiphene. 25mg twice a week. Haven’t been on it long enough to give any feedback but it’s not FDA approved which is something I’m not happy about. With that said, I am injecting exogenous T so what I’m doing is not really FDA approved anyway…

A little off topic, but is it true that subQ Test injections aromatize at a higher rate than IM injections? Also, does it take longer for SubQ Test injections to get into your system than the same ester injected IM?
Someone has been posting this in some of the comments on videos about Test and AIs that are on this site, so I figured I would ask someone who would know.

I've been on prop for 3 years. EOD or micro dosing daily with an insulin pin in the delts. Then 1mg anastrozol on Saturday night. That's been working great for me. Feel good, have energy, bedroom drive, and gym performance. Test is 813 and free test is 145.
