Hi Sean, I am using an Apache server with a third-party authentication module, and it responds to requests fine from one client's browser but not from 2 other clients - they get a 'Page cannot be displayed' response. The only difference I see in these logs for those requests are that the successful ones also have an identification string printed in them, say the users single-sign on ID, and the logs for the failing requests don't have this string. Any idea if this is a problem with the requests themselves, or with the way Apache is processing the requests?

I've tried clearing the browser cache but it doesn't help.

It's a bit of a mystery to me so would really appreciate any light shed on this or how to debug it. Thanks in advance!
