I think Brian's greatest accomplishment is he is a good human being. His sincerity has a "little boy" quality which I find refreshingly absent in CEOs who have reached the level of success he has...can't put my finger on what it is exactly, but it shines through when he talks. I loved what he said about how once he was bossy and clear, he was actually more effective. I see a lot of managers give off the impression that their employees have more agency and decision making control but then the manager/exec ultimately wants a certain outcome.
