1.) 168 g of French Fries
(air fry 10-12 min. @ 390F)


2.) Non-stick an 8x8 pan. Layer the fries evenly.

3.) 224g Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
use half and spread evenly on fries

4.) 448g 96% lean ground beef
84g diced white onion

5.) 30g of W sauce
30g dijon mustard
30g sugar free ketchup (g hughes)
10g minced garlic
2g salt
2g pepper

6.) Cook beef an onion on medium-high pre-heated skillet with non-stick

7.) add seasoned sauce mix

8.) add beef mixture onto the cheese covered fries

9.) put the remaining cheese on top

10.) cover in foil and heat for 10-12 min @ 350

This is a perfect example of content marketing. The info is free and he shows up and gives it. Want it more organized? Here’s a cook book. Want personalized training? I’ve got that but it’s pricey. People either have a surplus in time or money. Content marketing reaches those with a lot of time. Over the course of months you build a relationship and those people get money and buy your stuff. The biggest thing I love about Remington is that I love that he gives the total calories for the whole thing. I hate when I'm trying to eat low cal and a recipe will say it's 200 calories, but there's like 8 servings for that recipe

I started this diet 2 weeks ago and have eatin nothing but what you make and post and I have already lost 12lbs. In 2 weeks. I went from 282lbs to 270lbs. Best diet and best foods ever

I added about 300 g of shredded cabbage and about 230 g of chopped tomatoes to the recipe. I also added more potatoes to follow line the bottom of the baking dish (800 g total to be exact). Lastly, I used two pounds of ground turkey since it was cheaper 😂.

The recipe yielded six hearty servings.

650 calories
29.7 g carbs
40.5 g fat
41.4 g protein

I watched this video, and literally made this for supper! I used frozen hashbrowns, had no fries, and it literally when you cook the burger it smells like a finished hamburger. I added the toppings i like after it was all cooked, mushrooms, lettuce and pickles. Mustard on the side. My boyfriend smelled it cooking, was like what are you making?😂 He ate 2 pieces!with hot sauce, second piece with hot peppers. Add whatever you like still tastes great! Best recipe ever if you crave burgers and fries. Thanks for the great recipe Remington. My go too.Easy to make!😊

I bought Coach Greg's cookbook and outside of the anabolic french toast and anabolic ice cream there was virtually NOTHING else that I liked. After making this and eating it, I think I found my cookbook.

Can you PLEASE start adding each recipe macros to the MYFITNESSPAL app? It would make the appeal of purchasing the cookbook a bit easier since then it would truly be an "all-in-one" meal prep program. Just like you say "as it's posted on YouTube, it's also in the Cookbook"... you could add "... and macros also uploaded to MyfitnessPal!"

Recently discovered this channel. I made this for the first time as shown, minus the Worcestershire sauce because I didn’t have any. I added some steak seasoning instead. It still turned out delicious.

Made half portion last night as I don’t like reheating French fries as they never come out right. First off taste was amazing and shockingly very filling despite looking a little paltry at first.

I don't mind the sugar free options but when the main ingredient is sucralose that's a no-no for me.

You make eating healthy so delish, easy and fun! For those into more veggies, they can be added into many of your recipes or on the side.
The beef could be made into chili style filling and then chili cheese fries!

I have both his and coach Greg's cookbook. I love the rjf cookbook so much more. Man uses ingredients you can actually get and are much more budget friendly plus the food is way better. Keep it up!!!
