I think for $130, this is too expensive... the backlight doesn't justify it. The fact that it's dedicated to Final Cut is also not cutting it.

why not just buy a skin you can overlay on the standard Apple Keyboard...?
Same result, better keyboard, aluminium, wireless
(No baklight expect on MacBook)

Hi Jeff, love your videos, thank you. I was considering purchasing this keyboard for either FCP X, or Adobe LR CC Classic. From your comments, it may be better to get for LR, as the shortcuts for that are not easily customization, whereas in FCP, we can alter them. I was curious if you would comment on the feel of the keyboard, and typing vs. your laptop keyboard, with minimal key travel, which i love. Do you think this is a better keyboard experience than typing on Apple keyboards currently? And also would it be better to buy for LR, or FCP X? Thanks very much.

serious, that price for a plastic thing ? minimum needed to be aluminium as a regular Mac keyboard ...

$130? Maybe goto WASD and customized whatever on your key cap, more quality and mechanical keyboard to go.

this is the worst review ive ever seen. 3 min 25 into a 3 min 45 min video we learn about how it would be for the person who would go to watch this video. do you think advanced users have a need for this? do you think we care about the lights?
