Is there a way to unlock the Constant Bitrate settings so I can choose a number other than the stock choices? The dropdown menu has 4mbps and 10mbps. I'd like to choose a number between those two. I'm rendering SD video from VHS so I don't need 10 and don't want to go as low as 4.

the adjust source media option seems to have affect when its on cuz its off but still reformatting the project settings
