Very good pick. Turin is rich, chic. Simply for the few.

Торино не се посещава от много туристи, а е невероятно красив аристократичен град. Люлката на съвременната държава Италия. Влюбена съм в него.

Historical note: Turin was founded by the Celtic tribe "Taurini" in the 3rd century BC.
The original name is therefore of Celtic, not Latin, derivation. Milan was also founded by Celts, and this toponym is also of Celtic origin (Medhelan: "Medhe"= middle, "Lan" = land/plain), "In the middle of the plain". Northern Italy was Cisalpine Gaul, and the local languages still spoken today are Gallo-Romance languages, that is, the superimposition of Latin on a substratum of Celtic languages.

Hi, just wanted to say that I actually live in the outskirts of Turin, and I loved your tour around our fair city. Just a note, the reason there weren't many people downtown was because maybe you were there on a weekday morning when most people were at work and or school. Turin is also a well known University city, we have some of the finest facilities in Italy and Europe. If you want to see more people downtown try taking a walk on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. I will surely enjoy watching more of your content, best wishes from a Canadian viewer 😅😊🍁

Great to see you on Turin. You tried bicerin, now try a marocco / maroccino - a caffe macchiato with the addition of coco powder.

Turin is more like a French city, it is a quiet city not as dynamic as Milan or Rome.

Hey, you're not far. Next stop Chambéry, just the other side of the Alps. 3 hours drive maybe.

The tall building (skyscrapper) is called the finger of El Duce, a middle finger to the royal palace you visited. Turin has more remnants of a dark (fascist) past it shows in some of the architecture of the city.
