Fallout 76 is a big game and there is lots to learn. If you are new to the game or just in need of a refresher, here is a beginner's guide video to help you during the early stages. Enjoy!

2 things to keep in mind. Scrap everything you aren't using and be mindful of stat allocation as you lvl up and how you want to build your character

After 2 years, a beginners guide comes out, heres a tip for any and all beginners: look for a high level player, theres an 80% chance they're burnt out and bored with it and give you a majority of their loot.

Fallout 76 beginers guide:
Step 1: buy $100 worth of atoms.
Step 2: buy all the useless garbage in the atom shop.
Step 3: build your camp with the atom shop gear which no one cares about.
Step 4: spend like 700 hours getting the best gear for your build.

Step 5: Get your entire build nerfed because its unfair on the bots and npcs that you have spent months becoming powerful and they are not.
Step 6: Get destroyed by a lvl 25 frog when you are lvl 300 because they nerfed you into dirt.
Step 7: Give up and play another game.
Step 8: Miss out on all the batte pass gear because you couldnt play during a specific time and now theres no way to get them becuase the limited time system.
Step 9: Hate fallout 76 and loose intrest in bethesda games because you know they have changed into a gready company like Activision and only see their players as money.
Step 10: Get tricked into buying and playing another Bethesda game becuase they lied about it during the reveal and the cycle continue.

For new players, I guarantee if you go up to a high level he/she will give some stuff for your journey. Stimpacks, radaway, Bobby pins, guns, and ammo.
