There are so many ways to make pork tenderloin. I once did one marinaded with pineapple juice, guava juice, minced garlic, minced onion, salt and pepper. Grilled it to 140 and my family said it was the best pork tenderloin they’ve ever had!!!

I do Pork Tenderloin like this about once a month. Costco generally has them for a great price. I usually make at least 2 of them. Turn the meat into mock tacos al pastor (as leftovers).

I have yet to do a direct cook on my YS640. Will have to try this and the Firebug sauce looks great!

Could you do a video where you explore and map out the different hot and cool zones on the 640? I'm sure there are other YT vids out there doing this, but I'd just as soon hear it from the definitive expert on Yoder smokers. Both with the diffuser in and in direct grilling mode : ) Thanks Chef Tom for all you do for this community. I freaking Love my Yoder! And I got it from you guys!!
