I Bought the XT20 used from B&H for $630 with the 15-45 lens. Came in the original box with all the paperwork & accessories and was in like new condition. The 15-45 is just OK but with the money saved I got the 35mm f2. Love the XT20! Seriously considered the XT100 but I totally agree with you, it would have made me want to upgrade soon. My XT20 comes tomorrow. I already owned the Pro 2, but I wanted this for its size and the Flip out screen. I didn’t jump on the deals as you showed these, as my wife thought about how I always researched cameras, and said think before you click buy. The price is the same if you buy local or online therefore I checked local first. They had the X-E3 in stock but my Pro 2 was so much better. Then I looked at the XT-30, which you explained was pretty much the same on the outside as the XT-20. The bargains were gone and I couldn’t find a new body but ended up with a demo for $529. There are still a few used left but not many. I have the 16, 23, 27, and 35mm lens. I think I might sell the 23. Make the 16 and 27 my main kit. Save the Pro 2 for the pro work.

Over the years I used Canon, Minolta, Leica and few others now I own an EOS R (that
I'm very happy with) for a year.
For over 30 years I never had only one camera and decided on a small Fuji as a second small one, thinking about the XE3 adapting Voightlander lenses but unfortunately can't get my hands on a fuji to get its feel and have no idea how prime manual Voightlander lenses adapt to it, so still not fully decide...

However, i picked up an X-T100 as an upgrade from my X-A10 and i’m loving it! i prefer the smaller body and the build quality is still far better than the equivalent Sony or Canon models. Cost me £349 brand new including the 15-45 kit lens (which i haven’t opened)

Has everything i need and the price means i can invest in some really good lenses without breaking the bank

I had a look at the X-Te0, in the shop, but the redesigned rear didn’t thrill me, and there’s nothing in the new one which makes an upgrade from my X-T20 warranted. I get why they’re trying to make more room on a small camera, for me adding a thumb grip and bottom grip solved those issues. But I use my d-pad all the time for the functions assigned to them, not just navigating, so it would be a great loss. Also the raised Q-button I’m not so keen on. If I had the cash, I’d love an X-T3, hell the X-Pro 3 has me intrigued, and it’s focusing to -6 EV sounds great. I have a few firmware issues with the X-T20, occasional freezing for instance, or the punch-in manual focusing mode occasionally engaging in autofocus mode, so it is only ever a casual fun camera for me, I can’t rely on it.

Saw the X-T3 with grip and cash back for £999 in the UK this week and was very tempted but a graphite X-pro2 with graphite 23mm f2 came up for sale for £1050 s/h but with just 100 shutter count. No choice I have wanted this pairing since I first had a black X-pro2 a while back. Just love this camera even better than the X-T3 I already own. With you all the way on the X-T2/X-T3 minor differences if you are not in the video sector. What a beautiful camera and just love all the controls on the right. Much easier muscle memory. So happy if one body one lens is all you need then this is king.

If you can find a new one " getting harder to find" the xh1 is simply awesome and at a ridiculously low price. Paired with the 10-24mm 16-55mm it's simply superb

I didn't think I needed an X-T3 (already having the 2), but I gave in and bought one and am I glad I did. It's a better all round camera than the 2 by far.

X-T4 should be exciting, a lot of people are talking about IBIS. And if there won't be IBIS, after the X-T4 should come out the X-H2 ...really excited thinking about the video features they'll come up with. It would be very nice if they had better rolling shutter (I'm thinking about your comparison with the eos R)

You’re in the same boat as me. A beat up xt20 and a trusty XT2, muah! My xt2 has been good to me, so I’m going to ride it out until the Xt4 yo.
