Hello everybody, In the list of supported devices for Zigbee2MQTT, I found the "DIYRuZ_Flower" project. Which supports the following sensors.
Temperature, Soil moisture level, Air Humidity, Air pressure, illuminance level.
this project has the advantage that you can saw off a soil moisture sensor and use it as weather. station. With AAA batteries autonomy is two years. Very easy to solder and components are cheap.

Looks really nice, I can solder quite well, although I don't have the tools too solder the smaller parts.

Where I can purchase the bare board to which you soldered the SoC and mounted the battery holder? I would really love to have these integrated into my Home Assistant via Zigbee ❤

Nice video and great skills! I have a newbie question. I tried to google before asking but I haven't found a good answer.
I would love to use E18-MS1-PCB, but I don't know whether I can use it with an Arduino or even write a program to be flashed on the module itself? The latter one should also be possible but I'm not sure I can do it with Code Compose Studio. Could you please share any pointers? :)

This is very interesting for sure. Maybe because of the low price it can be possible to use more smd components, make it less "versatile" and just tell the factory to also do the soldering job...

By the way, do you know what would be killer? A zigbee motion+luminance+temp and humidity sensor. All in one. Maybe powered by something like idk... 2 AAA batteries.

Oh also I would like to ask you, what about the firmware you flash on the zigbee module? How do you program it?

I wonder how hard it would be to waterproof this. I have a 3d printer, guess I should look up water proofing options.
