I hate to say it, but rain and hail is pretty normal weather for Colorado this time of year. At least in the afternoons. You should make a sign when you are hitchhiking. If you just stand in the middle of town and don't have a sign, nobody will even know where you are trying to get too. 👣😎👍☮️
