Thor Love and Thunder BLACK PANTHER BAST Connection Revealed!

Thor 4 shows a new image from Olympus, the realm of Zeus and the other pantheon of gods, which now links multiple MCU titles: Thor Love and Thunder, Black Panther, Moon Knight, and Eternals. Erik Voss breaks down the evidence from Moon Knight that explains how the mythologies of all these titles intersect. Are Bast from Wakanda and Bastet from Egyptian mythology the same figure, different beings? It probably is Olympus, but it would be cool if it was a city that housed other religions or gods. I can see the box seats being for the godheads or selected leaders like the Senate in Star Wars.

I still feel that where in LOKI and he is going thru the security checkpoint scanner. The gaurd aks him if he is a robot and LOKI asks how he would not know if he were a robot or not? That they are referring to the ETERNALS.

One explanation for the Shaman founding Wakanda 10, 000 years ago and pre-dating Egyptian culture could be the ancient Atlantis tie-in with Namor. That’s a huge rivalry and it ties in other heroes and villains from that pre-history Hyborian era like Conan and Shuma-Gorath really well.

I love that the MCUs mythologies is how I like to think about mythology and stuff like it- their all real, they just have jurisdiction over their followers. The more ancient deities would probably be so happy that their getting attention and praise again

Small correction: The MCU timeline has Bashenga meeting Bast in 8000 BC, about 2000 years after Wakandans first encountered Vibranium.

Phase 4 really IS scattered. It's fun to watch. Though, I really hope they get back to business as usual because the MCU is getting BIGGER - but it doesn't have to be all over the place. Earth-bound, Cosmic, multiverse... just like the comics... still needs structure.

You'd think Egyptian and Wakandan cultures can never be linked to each other because of how different they seem, but Egypt is a transcontinental country that partially lies in Africa and geographically close to the places that inspire Wakandan culture so its very much believable.

I think Zeus is gonna call all the gods to “talk” about Gore but he’s actually working with Gorr or he’s being used by Gorr because Gorr threatened to kill him. 🌚

The meeting of the Gods, reminds me of the graphic novel "The Record of Ragnorok". In it Zeus is leader of the Gods also Odin and other Gods are in a colossum setting.
