Remember in early version of the game there was a skip u could do by intentionally jumping of the cliff and grabbing a marika spawn down below and u could just run and grab a grace

Theres two invaders on the way one required one not the first is a tarnished eater anastia she is optional but I recommend killing her because she will give you a somber 10 the second is the sanguine noble who is required to open the teleporter killing him opens the portal and you also get his armor set

There's a different rune farm there that gives you like 30k or even more you gotta parkour on the cliff on your right and jump off the map and when you jump you gotta keep hitting the attack button and then you get runes once you get them just fast travel to the grace and repeat it
