In this spooky Halloween special, Tim digs out all his toys that go bump in the night!

Can anyone tell me where the audio that the toy at 1:35 comes from? I've heard it in halloween light-up toys all my life but I don't know if it's from something or just some easily available, cheap, genericic track.
