Definitely going to try the jambalaya! I love corn casserole! I add a can of chopped green chilies and some cheese to mine. So good! I bet would be extra tasty with that hot cheese!

All look delicious! I make a “ gumbo” very similar to your jambalaya! I use fire roasted tomato’s and more broth. So good! Thanks for the inspiration, we will be trying the chicken!
