When Does Life With a Chronic Illness Get Easier

My bloodwork came back good minus the fact I am a little dehydrated, but that is because I was trying to see if I could stay hydrated without using IV fluids. Apparently, I need them.

I often wonder though when does it get easier. When do you stop worrying about things going wrong?

I am so happy to be almost three weeks hospital free and my goal is to make it to a month. I just always have it in the back of my head any day something else could go wrong.

Like right now I have been having a lot of symptoms and I can't figure out why. Plus I am losing my vision quickly. I push through each day and live life. I embrace the positive.

I just want my brain to shut up and stop worrying about the what-ifs. It doesn't do me any good and it's ok to live.

I deserve to enjoy life. I am excited about launching my own business. I am hopeful about it. I need to embrace it and simply live in the moment.

Continued good wishes and prayers for your strength each day.

It does get easier. Eventually you stop thinking about it constantly as it becomes your "new normal".
