Loose Sweat pants, 3xl mens T shirt, long sleeve underneath, hijab and face cover, less layers with equal coverage and wpuld probably make using certain equipment a little safer

i feel like it would be safer to just work out at home- ik that your clothing is for religious purposes, but that can also be extremely dangerous. there's a reason a lot of gyms dont recommend dangling jewelery and lots of fabric like that. i completely respect your religion and all, but it can be a safety hazard, so plz be careful-

There are gym clothes designed for muslim women that you can buy online, it might make it be less bulky and less likely to get caught on things.

I respect people's beliefs but at some point we as a society should talk about the opression these practices do. It's really sad women can't even show their faces in fear of being punished for just existing, if you're doing it for yourself I guess so be you but if you're doing it because of someone else's pressure, that's a big problem.

ik this is literally for religious reasons and ion wanna sound like a d!ck but this is so dangerous. the equipment. the lose clothing can get caught on it and cause serious injury. bro you can still cover up in a different manner I feel w/o putting your own safety at risk. or workout at home idk :/ it’s all out of love though! no hate. just a lot of concern for your safety! :)

, and the men are free to dress however. There is a Muslim girl in my gym class and she had to wear pants and a sweater outside in 30 degrees Celsius weather. She passed out.
