For everyone complaining about how it’s not cheesy, people usually add cheese from the top when served .

Tip:add the same quantity of butter and maida..And add all the milk together you won't get lumps

I tried your recipe, and true mine didn't have lumps in it.
The only advice i have is add Maggie magic masala in it after your white sauce and you will definitely thank me later for it.
