30 yr pro here from the USA 🇺🇸, GREAT attention to the prep work i know a lot of guys would just do a quick sand down and throw a paint and primer on, especially on the high stuff where they think the customer won't see it

It’s not all about house bashing… that has killed a lot of skill in the trades. What you see here is traditional skills being kept alive. Another great video, I was wondering which exterior paint would you recommend for a metal door, metal garage door, wooden frame, and maybe the pvc door frame? Would you apply a primer or trust the built in primer?

Essentially, are you cleaning out rotting wood and foaming? Then a filler on top? Does foaming need to be done in good weather or will rainfall make a difference?
