Why are the floors in the upstairs bedrooms raised?

You could say that this is the design that I like the most. But, because they do not make more use of the space above, leave a space to climb of second floor. Make more use of "open space", eliminate it and have more space on the second floor. It would serve as another bedroom and another 1/2 bathroom with a shower. They are only suggestions. 1/2 bath under stairs. I also have a lot of space in the bathroom. And I have never liked putting the laundry space inside.I don't want anyone coming in while I'm using it or bathing. A hallway of 90 cm width from the door outwards. A shutter type door for the bathroom. Leave the remaining space for a laundry room, washing machine and dryer. The hallway goes outwards, empty, into a 3m patio/platform X Width of the Tiny house. Also the living room and dining room area seem very large to me. It could easily be used as another room, the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. And leave a corridor of 90 cm. Use 1/2 of that space for the bathroom. Also occupy the "free space" above this area for the second floor.
