I'm having the Public Defenders office submit the pc 17b(3) and 1203.4 under the fresh start program. First Felony has been reduced and dismissed, waiting on the 2md one.

I have a felony that happened in 2012. Well they basically forced me into Drug Court, knowing I'm an addict.
Anyways, long story short, I failed out of drug court after jumping through ALL of the courts IMPOSSIBLE hoops!!! Smh. I ended being sentenced in 2015 to 10 months in the penitentiary.

Hello. I’m in Tx. I’m 42 now. Married w/kids. Changed life. When I was 17 I got into a lot of trouble. Made the front page of Austin American Statesman. 1st degree felony drug charge.
