Hopefully, I get a response to anyone that may be able to assist me about four days ago. I was arrested for running away from the cops on a dirtbike in nevada I did not stop when a police car flashed his lights. I lost him about 10 seconds later and I got chased through the city by a police helicopter were ultimately I, gave up and waited for the cops to arrest me. I was charged with a felony for invading and a reckless driving charge. I have a clean record and have never been arrested in my life. My goal is to get that felony reduced to a misdemeanor. When I was arrested, I was extremely respectful and had nothing on me.I have my very first court date in about 30 days. What are my best options to getting that felony reduced either through a lawyer or a public defender what can I do?
