When you say ear infection what type of ear infection do you mean? Do you mean otitis externa or swimmer's ear? I noticed that I get swimmer's ear probably once a year. I've cut up a clove of garlic and cut it still said that it fits very nicely inside my swollen ear canals. And I only leave it in for up to two to three minutes. There is no way a whole entire garlic clove is going to fit inside my swollen ear canal when I have swimmer's ear. The canal is just too swollen. I wish doctors knew the antibiotics were over-prescribed. And the drops don't really do well. If you read the pamphlet with the drops it can cause permanent hearing loss. I say no thank you to that

This is so complicated. Just use garlic pills. Easy peasy. I've been taking them for years and I never get any kind of infection. Helps a lot with yeast and bladder infections too.
