Friendly reminder to everyone, don't to this on a daily basis! It's really hard on your horse back and legs to lift their weight along with their own! That being said, I'm not hating on this video in any way! I've done this with my horses before, so I'm not saying you shouldn't do it, just don't do it to often! :)

The strength of a horse is absolutely unreal. Imagine putting someone on your back and carrying them for miles and miles without getting tired. God has truly clothed the neck of a horse as it said in His word with thunder

For me, when I was younger and rode bare back, (I was 4’7 and my horse was about 6 ft or taller…) I would put both arms on tops of the horse, then pull up and turn my arms to the left so there was one arm on each side, then slides my right leg over and push off on my left and pull up. Then grab onto my bridle. Squeeze, release, get in rhythm, and trot.

I'm training my Shetland tricks and the laydown is taking a long time but it's totally worth it.. although I don't work on it every day so that could be a reason it's taking so long. 👏🏼😅👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

My horse always started rolling or just lays all the way down and then stays there until I make her get up and she gets up and sometimes bucks She is getting winter sass cause she feels better. Lol very nice training
