or driveway? Don't know where to start? With our 30 SECONDS Outdoor Cleaner it couldn't be easier. All you need are
three things:

One - a bottle of our 30 SECONDS Outdoor Cleaner;
Two - a tank sprayer;
Three - a garden hose.

Once you have those things lined up, it's time to mix the cleaning solution. Fill up your tank sprayer halfway with concentrate,
then add water to the top. Your cleaning solution will be half water and half concentrate.

For best results, your deck or patio should be completely dry. Clear off any leaves or other debris. Spray the deck thoroughly, get that surface completely saturated. Let the solution soak into the surface. For porous surfaces like cement, masonry and tile, it should soak for about 15 minutes. For wood, leave on for about five minutes. For metal, plastic and fiberglass, leave on for about three minutes. Reapply the cleaner as often as you need to keep it wet or saturated. You should see results instantly.

After the right amount of time, simply rinse off with a garden hose. Mix, spray, rinse. It's that easy.

I thought bleach was the only way to clean a deck, my mistake. After going through 6 gallons of bleach and using a pressure washer, a representative at Home Depot mentioned this product. I am amazed at the results and plan on going back and redoing what I've already done with bleach!! Life Saver!! If I could upload pics, I would!

Why does your packaging state to agitate the surface, but not mentioned here? Tried it on cement walk today, didn't work.

Directions on my bottle says it is ready to use. No mixing and leave on for minutes on deck. Hmmm?

I tried this out and got strange results. The cleaner seemed to work really well on the boards that weren't very moldy. But the really moldy boards I wanted this to work most on did nothing! I've done them twice now and they are still green. I am using the solution that attaches to your garden hose.

This product definitely does not work the way you claim. I have sprayed it on my deck and left it for 30-45 minutes. There are places that it appears to work and other places it doesn't. I keep the deck covered in the winter months. It isn't "cruddy" to begin with. Very disappointed in your product. Wanted to believe all you were saying it could do. :-(..
