Genuinely curious, is it really that inconceivable that C9 didn't want Nisqy?

From my perspective, it really just looked like they wanted Summit, and it took an import slot, meaning they can't get Nisqy. I really doubt that 50k was a major part in this decision. Sure, maybe it was a slight factor, but I seriously do think that they would've taken Summit instead of Nisqy regardless of the 50k price difference.
