I’m voting for Brett: 10, 10, 10. The bed food & water supplies won me over.

Brett, survival 10, essentials 10, shelter 10. We used to do that with heavy-duty construction trash bags, fill them with leaves, and have a soft bag to lay on.

That’s gotta be the most organize dollar tree I ever seen, my dollar tree always looks like it just got robbed. 😅

What I got out of this is that I can spend $40 on myself and be stocked and comfortable haha.
Oh, and I vote Brett. The bed and the TP for the win.

Both brilliant. Enjoyed watching you shop. I really liked the "mattress" idea. Keep having fun and Sharing it with us..1👌🤙👍

Brilliant, Every year we go wilderness camping and this was awesome because I could get four tarps for one at Walmart. This video showed me ideas I hadn't thought of. The bags with leaves, fire starter kit. Hacksaw, there is so much here. Buckets, especially in areas you have to truck water in, need one with water by fire.

$20 gas station survival challenge. Case of beer, some roller hot dogs and some snacks. Get drunk, pass out in the woods and take a bus home. I have done this a few times in my youth.

I gotta tell you I didn't think I was gonna like this one, but this turned out to be an awesome challenge and video. I think Brett won for at least the 72 hours. Maybe only thing lacking was good food. But that shelter, mattress, bug catcher. Winner winner grasshopper dinner. Long term though, with the first aid, fire, fishing capabilities, I think Brian wins it. That vasoline and cotton ball trick was new to me and absolutely awesome.

Enjoyed this, I think both were good. Only one thing I would of done differently is instead of Vaseline, I would of used the Dollar Tree off Brand Vicks Vapor Rub. You can start fire with cotton balls, but it can be used to keep cuts or even bug bites from getting infected.

Brian: better long-term food supply, great setup to last a bit until help can find you.
Brett: quicker food setup, but better long-term camp to last him for a week.
Winner (in my opinion): Brett
Keep up the videos, I LOVED this!

Brett, he would survive longer. Your sugar rush is gonna wear off, lol. Brett had a way to survive long time. You two are great.

Love it guys! Enjoying your efforts to share and content with us! Love your idea! Keep up the great job!

I know I'm late, I did this and put supplies in backpacks for my sons for Christmas one year, don't think they were impressed, but you each get 10's in all 3 categories because you gave me more ideas to add to mine. Thank you and I shop there too, for everything.

Have to say, Brett won the day.
Shelter gave more protection from the elements including the ground.
He took water to put him on, but still had the means to collect and purify.
He came up with a good long term solution to food that was able to work catching that food 24 hours a day.
He had two methods of cutting materials; more if we count the multiple blades.
He had numerous containers including the sardine tin.
You gained points for the following:
Also having multiple blades and also a tool to manipulate items.
Having a reasonable firelighting kit, that being; not one but two lighters and also cotton wool and vaseline. (Brett would have struggled if his lighter were faulty)
Lost points for the sugar rush selection and washing detergent. (Much more urgent needs before this)
Had good container selections, especially the bucket which can be used to carry items on the move and can also be used as a seat.
Brett selection 9 (loses a point for only one lighter)
Your selection 7 (loses points for sugar rush items and detergent)
For 72 hours
Brett selection 9 .. Points are; has water, can get water. Does not have food, loses point, can get food. Has shelter and it's a good 10 out of 10 on its own.
Your selection 8 Does not have water, loses a point. Can get water.
Has food, can get food. Has shelter, though losing a point as its meant to be a comparison to Brett, and that was the better shelter.
For long term I'm going to edge a point in favour of you simply because of the following.
Two lighters.
Medical and tinder supplies.
Tool to manipulate items.
Detergent. Yes, lost a point earlier because more short term stuff needed, but you get a point back now.
You 9
Brett 8

Looking good gents! Yes, do overnight and fishing. But eat what you catch.

That pan is more than likely not safe at those temperatures and was probably chemically treated and toxic if the metal coating burns off which it will in a fire keep safe cast iron or pans made for it are ur best bet in the future

I would provision the way a hobo would. A packet of birthday candles for helping to start fires under damp conditions. A garden trowel to dig cat holes and dig up edible roots/tubers. A pruning saw for making a debris shelter and cutting dead branches for firewood. A chef's knife. A large metal can of juice/food and some heavy duty wire -- to turn the can into a cook pot and the wire into a bale for the cook pot. An awl or a packet of larger nails for piercing holes in metal cans. Picture wire or thin wire for making snares. A long handled metal spoon for stirring the pot and for eating soup. A bandana handkerchief to use as a pot holder and to filter debris from ditch water. Bouillon cubes. One pound of plain dried pasta (spaghetti or macaroni). One pound of dried lentils. Largest bag of individually wrapped, high-sugar, non-chocolate candy. A solar powered landscape light. Dental floss. One bar of laundry soap.

Brett all 10's my husband and I are living in our truck and this video was amazing and added to our survival knowledge. Thank you!

Dish soap was a bad choice. At the water you use sand to clean your pan. In craft area there is floral wire to make fish hooks or paper clips . A piece of beef jerky or whole kernel corn for bait Vienna sausage.

That Crystal Geyser is great tasting spring water too. My favorite bottled brand personally.
