when you're super tired and super sleepy from working or playing games with your pc, it's certainly much easier to go down than to crawl up the bed. you also don't have to climb down and up again when you wake up at midnight to go to the kitchen or the toilet. nice idea.

This set up is less common than the bed on top but this actually makes more sense. 🤔❤

For people like me that have a fear of falling off the top bed, this is perfect. Suitable also for working from home in studio type apartments. You can put the table anywhere and housemates can walk freely behind you (downstairs) without being seen on your zoom calls.

You need a tall ceiling to do this, but if you have that vertical space, this is a fab idea!

I like this design with the bed at the bottom. Especially when anything happened during the night, you don’t need to take those steps because it could be dangerous when you are not quite awake.

I think this setup makes a lot of sense. I think that when you study, it's nice not to feel claustrophobic, to have good air flow. However, when sleeping, it's nice to feel cozy. I also agree with others that if you need to get up in the middle of the night, it's nice not to have to deal with stairs. Love all of the storage this offers without feeling cramped. ❤️

I love this idea better.. my bedroom is a comfort space first.. keeping the working table on top would separate my working life from my personal space 👍🏼

I second comments about bed on bottom instead of the usual designs of bed on top. Being an extreme claustrophobic I couldn't deal with cramped real estate when waking up or trying to go to sleep. By utilizing more of the vertical height for the study you still have the horizontal space when dealing with the bedroom area. It's actually quite charming & cute.

This layout is my absolute favorite design that you've created! It promotes floor sleeping to assist with grounding, while the work station being on top motivates one to exercise by going up and down the stairs for meals, washroom, etc. This design really promotes health and overall well-being, not convenience and laziness.

Love this Architect Rassel. Unique. I like the idea of not crawling up to a loft bed. This one is similar to what we usually do to a double deck where you sit down beside the bed before lying down. This design allows the person to come up the work space standing up. Thanks for sharing. :)

And ganda ng design po sobra, iniisip ko nga po na paano kung pwede i-reverse naman yung bedspace at workspace sa Loft design... then ayan lumabas po new design nyo 😄 mas makakapag focus na po mag-work/study kasi yung mas feel mo na free yung space sa paligid & kung wala kang ceiling fan - maaabot na ng stand fan kapag matutulog (mas malakas at bagay sa warm climate ng Pinas) and also uso ngayon yung mga cute desk fan na laging napapasama sa "study desk/table aesthetic videos/photos"

I like this. The work station on top allows you to stand and relax your posture from time to time. This is ergonomically structured, at least for me.
