The most AMAZING video I have ever watched. The quality of that pastry is just unreal. I like that you add the onions on top of the meat. This makes a big difference compared to frying onions and adding meat onto fried onion. When onions are added onto of meat they retain structure and have a crunch. When fried this is lost.

Love this bloke he uses ingredients nearly all of us can get and it don't break the bank.my daughter in law never used to cook with 3 growing lads and little girl.now after I shared with her.she found this man uncomplicated and very clear in what to do.a family even today trying to make a meal for thier family.can do so easily with his teaching.he should have his own television show as he identifies with ordinary people who at this present time are struggling.i myself went to a food bank.but I know my family with kids can't make ends meet.with continues rises in food and everything.thank you for working out nutritious receipes to make and feed our kids not costing a fortune like other cooks do on telivision with thier wine expensive pieces of fish and meat.spices we can't find cheeses from France.its a pleasure to follow this lovely guy and cost keeps down yet feeding a family.thank you for keeping it real.your a fantastic chef.i watch you over and over now we cook and eat your fantastic receipes.that appeal to all ages 🇬🇧

Good morning Saleem, it was a pleasure watching you prepare everything in this recipe. Samosa's are absolutely delicious, we love to eat and enjoy, it is much work but so worth it. We have been buying the pastry for a long time, but lately there has been problems, the dough sticks together, you cannot separate it, we think that the cold chain has been broken, defrosted and re-frozen and so on making it a complete waste. This pastry is very expensive to buy, and now we have decided we are going to make our own. With your most helpful instructions and taking away the challenge of the secret making of the pastry, it will be a challenge for us to start off with, yet, I am sure we will have great success. Thank you so much for showing and sharing, you are a very good teacher, showing all the details and your verbal instructions are very clear. Many blessings.
